Polar Lands & Polar Animals
12th Feb 2025
This term we have started to learn about polar lands and polar animals. So far we have discovered lots of interesting facts. For example, igloos are actually quite warm inside, the fur of a polar bear is see through and they have black skin! A narwhal's tusk is really a very long tooth, daddy emperor penguins look after the penguin egg for 2 months and they don't eat for all that time and an arctic fox has a very busy tail.
We have also been busy creating paper polar bear pictures during craft time.
Please take a few minutes to see some of the things we have been up to.
